How to Prepare for Cleaning Day

For Soft Washing

Prepare Your Patio/Balcony

If your building is scheduled for soft washing, please remove all items from your patio or balcony the night before. Certain items can be cleaned around, like plastic chairs and glass tables, but others, such as wooden furniture, plants, or decorations, should be moved indoors to prevent any risk of damage.

Secure Electrical Items

Please unplug all electrical outlets and ensure their covers are shut. We’ll cover and tape any Ring Doorbells, outlets, and keyholes on the first floor before cleaning begins, and we’ll remove all tape and trash before moving to the next area.

For Breezeway Cleaning

Clear the Space

If your building is scheduled for breezeway cleaning, please remove trash bins and hall mats the evening before. Due to the up-close nature of this service, we ask that residents remain indoors while cleaning is in progress. If you need to leave your home during this time, simply get the attention of one of our crew members, and they’ll help you exit safely.

Minimize Water Intrusion

A little water leakage beneath your main doorstep is normal during cleaning, but if you notice any excessive leaks, please notify the on-site maintenance team or office staff immediately. We’re here to ensure a safe and smooth process!
