How do you evaluate a property’s exterior cleaning needs?
We evaluate a property’s exterior cleaning needs by considering several key factors: the unique characteristics of the property, the goals and objectives of the property manager, and the most immediate and impactful areas that require attention. Our Dynamic Proposal tool empowers property managers to take the lead during our follow up meetings, evaluate the proposal, and make real-time adjustments as we find the best solution for their property and budget.
Can I access my service history and manage appointments online?
Yes! We are working on developing a gated customer portal where clients will be able to log in, view service history, before & afters, manage appointments, and access billing information.
How do you minimize noise and disruption?
We are committed to IMPROVING residents’ quality of life, not disrupting it.
There’s not a lot we can do about the noise from our equipment but we can control how we behave on-site. We’ll provide an agreed-upon schedule to the entire community, along with property protection guidelines and information for the residents on what to expect. Our crews wear company uniforms, check-in with office or maintenance staff daily, and are always mindful of things like where we park our vehicles and eat lunch.
Our goal is to have minimal disruption on your usual routines and to be as efficient as possible – that’s why we invest in the best training and equipment for our crews!
